These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the OCARS website (ocars.ae) and any enquiry, quotation or order made with OCARS For Car Spare Parts LLC ("OCARS", "we", "us" or "our"), a supplier of genuine and aftermarket automotive spare parts based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Products

OCARS sources and supplies genuine and quality aftermarket automotive spare parts across a range of categories, including engine components, electrical parts, cooling systems, suspension and brakes, transmission components and body and exterior parts.

We may source parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Product availability, specifications, origin, compatibility and lead times are confirmed at the time of enquiry and may vary depending on the vehicle, brand, model, supplier and availability.

Product images, descriptions and specifications displayed on the website are provided for general reference and may differ from the actual product supplied.

2. Product Compatibility

Automotive spare parts may vary depending on the vehicle's make, model, year, engine, transmission, region and other specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and part information when making an enquiry or placing an order. Where required, customers may be asked to provide additional information such as the VIN, chassis number, part number or vehicle registration details to assist with identifying the correct part.

OCARS will use the information provided to assist with part identification, but final compatibility should be confirmed before installation where appropriate.

3. Quotations

Quotations may be provided through WhatsApp, email, telephone or our website enquiry form.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to availability and may change due to supplier pricing, stock availability, exchange rates, shipping costs or other factors.

Each quotation will specify its validity period where applicable. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the order has been accepted by OCARS in writing.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the relevant details have been agreed between OCARS and the customer, including where applicable:

• Product or part required
• Quantity
• Price
• Payment terms
• Delivery terms
• Any applicable warranty or return conditions

Confirmation may be provided in writing through email, WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are generally quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless specifically stated in the quotation, prices may exclude shipping, customs duties, clearance charges, applicable taxes, installation costs and other third-party charges.

Payment terms are agreed on an order-by-order basis. Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment terms.

OCARS reserves the right to delay processing or delivery of an order where required payment has not been received in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

OCARS may coordinate delivery of automotive spare parts within the UAE and to selected destinations across the GCC, MENA and Africa.

Delivery timeframes provided by OCARS are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, supplier availability, documentation requirements, weather, government procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for any applicable customs duties, import charges or destination-specific requirements unless otherwise agreed.

7. Customs & Import Requirements

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, documentation requirements and other destination-specific requirements may apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, such charges are the responsibility of the customer or the importing party.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the requested products can be legally imported into the destination country and for complying with applicable import regulations.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage may apply to certain products depending on the manufacturer, supplier and specific part.

Where a warranty is available, the applicable warranty terms, duration and conditions will be communicated or confirmed at the time of sale.

Warranty claims may be subject to inspection, supporting documentation, installation requirements and the terms imposed by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are subject to the specific terms applicable to the product and order.

Where a part has been supplied incorrectly by OCARS or is confirmed to be defective on arrival, the customer should contact us promptly with the relevant order details and supporting information.

Certain parts may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature, installation, special-order status, supplier restrictions or other applicable conditions.

A return or exchange should not be assumed to be accepted until it has been confirmed by OCARS.

10. Installation & Use of Parts

Automotive spare parts should be installed by a suitably qualified or experienced professional where appropriate.

OCARS is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, modification, misuse, negligence or installation of a part that is unsuitable for the vehicle.

Customers should follow applicable manufacturer instructions and installation requirements.
